Upcoming Classes!

This class is designed for infants 0-5 months that are not yet individually sitting. It is designed to educate parents on tummy time implementation, other important developmental positions and developmental skills during this age range. Parents will be able to meet other parents in similar stages and ask a pediatric physical therapist any questions about gross motor development and age appropriate skills. This class keeps the healing and postpartum body in mind - offering positioning tips and tricks for new mothers to promote comfort and healing.
